Scheduling was easy, which I appreciated. I brought in a used vehicle for a full diagnostic due to one specific issue. After the diagnostic, a repair was recommended and completed the same da I brought in a used vehicle for a full diagnostic due to one specific issue. After the diagnostic, a repair was recommended and completed the same day. However, I left with the exact same issue. I returned the next day and was advised to try another fix. After that visit, not only was the original issue still unresolved, but now my key fob wouldn’t connect to the car either. After spending about 4 hrs there i was told to bring the vehicle back another day. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience and the lack of effective resolution. More
