From the moment we arrived to the moment we drove off the lot with our new Ford Explorer they made sure everything ran smooth and ensured we knew all of the vehicle options that fit our particular situation. Bryce worked closely with us to make sure there were options available that fit our needs he didn't hesitate explain that if there wasn't a vehicle that fit our needs / situation that they would find one for us. Freddy demonstrated a new Explorer Limited and a Ford Fusion SE he explained all of the incentives, rebates and vehicle options clearly on the the test drive and helped us with the application process as well as adding the new vehicle to our insurance, obtaining current payoff information for our trade. Jason Grant acquainted Familiarized us with our new vehicle and asissted us with syncing my phone to our new Ford Explorer. Fran Mariano made sure that we knew all of the financing options and optional services/insurance available to add in if we wanted additional coverage and vehicle protection. More importantly Fran made sure we were comfortable with the payment since it was a higher payment and he didn't make us feel pressured or obligated in our decision. The team at Hoffman Ford of East Hartford was responsive, respectful and proactive to our needs. Thay also worked fast and kept us well informed throughout the buying process.
