The people that are communicating from the service department do not seem to have a knowledge of what they’re recommending and do not seek out answers when I asked. They’re more concerned about up sel department do not seem to have a knowledge of what they’re recommending and do not seek out answers when I asked. There’s been a clerical error on our account that we have been attempting to get them to fix for more than a year. What you’ve described is not the level of service we aim to provide—especially to a client who has trusted us for more than 10 years. You are absolutely right to expect clear, knowledgeable communication from our team. We take your feedback seriously regarding the lack of explanation around the alignment issue and the perception that sales recommendations were prioritized over addressing your questions. That is not acceptable, and I will be addressing this internally with our service staff. I’m also very concerned to hear about the ongoing clerical error on your account. A year-long issue is far too long, and we take full responsibility for the lack of resolution. This reflects a breakdown in ownership on our end, and I apologize for the frustration it has caused. Your loyalty matters greatly to us, and we do not want to lose your trust or your business. I would appreciate the opportunity to personally review your account, ensure the clerical issue is fully corrected, and discuss the alignment concern in detail so all your questions are answered properly.
