My experience with my sales guy, Jason Long was overall pretty good. Is a young man trying to learn the business. He tried to do everything he could to make my absolute worst experience be better. Although pretty good. Is a young man trying to learn the business. He tried to do everything he could to make my absolute worst experience be better. Although he doesn't have much power and changing the outcome. He tried to make the situation better by talking with me. He even had a follow up phone call. But I have to say, my overall experience was Clay Clooney was terrible. Sold me a car that had bad bearings on the front end, a busted radiator hose and completely bad coil packs. Had to pay out of pocket for new bearings on the front passenger side wheel and a complete new tune up. Almost $1,000 in repairs on a vehicle just weeks old. Clay Clooney dealership assured they would help me with any issues and told me they inspected the expedition thoroughly. That was false. They did fix the broken hose only because it busted on the way home from buying the car. More
