If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my Jeep (new lease) in April and had to bring it back within a week because of multiple warning lights going off . They kept my Jeep for two months with almost no updates. Calling their service department is pointless, the phones just ring and ring , and when you finally get through, you’re met with zero urgency, zero sympathy, and zero accountability. When I finally got my Jeep back after the two month's, it was worse than when I dropped it off. The center around the shifter wasn’t put back correctly, the door trim was cracked, the new shifter was gouged, the carpet wasn’t installed properly, a piece near the charging port was missing, the console was misaligned, and there was cleaning residue all over the door speaker. I had to bring it back AGAIN! They kept it for ANOTHER MONTH, only to find the carpet still messed up and the cracked trim lazily “fixed” by painting over it with what looks like black rubber once I finally got it back in my possession. I was told to basically deal with it at that point. Icing on the cake…the assistant manager said he would call me and help with getting reimbursed for my months of not having it. Spoiler alert - he never called me. You’re a MANAGER!!! The complete lack of communication, quality control, and respect for customers’ time is disrespectful. This dealership’s service is absolutely unacceptable. From the phones to the repairs, there is no care and no accountability. I would not trust them with even the simplest service such as replacing my wiper blades…. Avoid this place at all costs!! More

All you need to know is they don’t answer the phone. You literally can’t get service because they don’t follow up and just transfer you to a voicemail, don’t waste your time and go to this dealership. The most unprofessional serives department in history from LISA P, the receptionist All the way to management they don't answer the phone you will be lucky if someone answers or you have to call the new from LISA P, the receptionist All the way to management they don't answer the phone you will be lucky if someone answers or you have to call the new car sales to leave a message with some one for somebody from the service department to call back. 3 weeks later (I was promised 1 week ) and they couldn't figure out what is wrong with my truck. They did an aliment and some issue with the battery pack module that they had to replace fyi truck had NO CODES since I just got and oil change and tire rotation a month prior. Alignment is missed up again that means something is causing the wheels to be off alignment I don't haul boats trailers no off road driving what so ever, etc. I will be turning in the lease with an unsolved problem. More

Decided to try to get an oil change,,,,,, Very disappointed! I showed up around 5 PM to pick up my vehicle. The service dept. individual that I had dealt with could NOT find my paperwork. I had disappointed! I showed up around 5 PM to pick up my vehicle. The service dept. individual that I had dealt with could NOT find my paperwork. I had to wait until the ENTIRE service dept finally (after about 30 minutes) looked for my paperwork.... They were worried it was getting close to closing time!!! My paperwork was stapled to someone else order,,,,, I won't be back, Nor will I recommend your dealership to my friends & neighbors. More
