Jason was super kind and attentive! Looked at cars in my budget and worked with us to get something I would LOVE! Jason was the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Very kind and attentive he answered all our questions quickly and kindly. I tried several places and kept getting denied or offered very high down payments, so I’m grateful that EchoPark was able to work with me and the lenders to get me into a vehicle. Overall, I’m happy to have the car—it’s a beautiful vehicle, and I appreciate the effort from the team. The process did take some persistence (due to my credit score, etc, nothing on their end) but it worked out in the end! The only thing I would suggest for improvement is clearer upfront communication around optional add-ons like warranties, including exactly what they are and their cost, so customers fully understand what they’re agreeing to. I wasn’t fully of ANY warranty until the lender mentioned it during confirmation call days later. At the office & during a text today, I was also told before eating that “ they need a 10/10 to pass!” which felt a bit like pressure to leave a perfect review, so I think more neutral wording there might help customers feel more comfortable sharing honest feedback. I mentioned this warranty today with Juan, who texted me asking again to leave review which I already did but I’m glad I’m able to update it now, Juan responded to my questions just with the “office managers number, & to call if I have any questions” which I typed a paragraph that did clearly did have questions… before this I’ve sent paragraphs for reviews, etc. so that response was kind of like …”okay….?” On my end, It feels like Juan didn’t feel the need to be as near as helpful as he was when needing something such as reviews & ratings from me. Upsetting but not to big of a deal. Other than that, I appreciate the help overall and I do feel confident that if any issues come up, they’ll be addressed. It did take a bit of time to complete the review at the dealership, as he wanted it done before I left…but everything was eventually completed and I was able to leave with the car. I’d recommend them with those small suggestions in mind. ☺️ More
