Not AI/Bot. I’m real, Jason Potash was excellent. He was courteous, communicated frequently and provided wonderful service. The lounge was impressive. However, I’m real, Jason Potash was excellent. He was courteous, communicated frequently and provided wonderful service. The lounge was impressive. However, upon arriving, I waited 15 minutes, there was no line of customers ahead of me. I had an appointment scheduled. Service took over three days for an oil change and to repair a simple door fix. No courtesy car was provided. And when I picked up my vehicle, no car wash was offered. Cashier was extremely cold and never said thank you. She argued with me over an official Mopar coupon. I will return to Jason in the future, however, the poor reputation of a Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Jeep dealer is justified. Will they ever get their act together? More
