Madison in Service is the best, helped me get the car in on Saturday morning after I hit a destructive pothole even though it was her day off. The sales staff are great as well, although they should hide t on Saturday morning after I hit a destructive pothole even though it was her day off. Sarah is awesome and the service team have always carried out exemplary work. Even if you buy your Ferrari elsewhere, you won't go wrong getting it serviced and fixed here. The experience of buying a car was not good however, almost as if cars sell themselves in Silicon Valley so investing time communicating with customers is not needed. Flew in from out of town to pick up my new car and nobody was there to greet me, the car was hidden and not cleaned, and the clear wrap was peeling. All of that after being sent the wrong bill and then given the contract for another car to sign which meant I was not insured as they gave me the wrong vin. More
