One bright spot was Hitoshi, and the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review. He gave me all of the paperwork I needed to get a refund on my extended warranty on my trade in, shopped around for a good rate, even after we had signed the paperwork.

We understand your frustration regarding the resale pricing of your trade-in, and we appreciate you taking the time to communicate your concerns in such detail. While we strive to be as transparent as possible, we also recognize that pricing—both on trade-ins and resale—can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Like any business, our pricing must take into account many operational costs: from reconditioning, staffing, and equipment, to overall market fluctuations, which can shift even in a short window of time.
That said, we sincerely regret that the way this was communicated left you feeling misled. While it's not standard practice to disclose future resale pricing at the time of trade-in, if a statement was made that caused confusion or misaligned expectations, we do take that seriously and are reviewing the situation internally. We also acknowledge that your past loyalty to our dealership deserved a better outcome.

Update: I sent Erica an email on 5/8/2025 detailing my experience with screen shots and pictures. She replied later that day:
"Thank you for your response, and for taking the time to share your detailed experience with me, I regret if it was anything short of spectacular. I wanted to let you know that I am bringing this matter to the attention of the General Manager, for INFINITI of Lynnwood as I believe it deserves further review and clarification. I imagine we will be in touch with you in the near future. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reachout to me if you have any further questions or concerns. I am committed to providing the best customer service."
After not getting a response, I sent a follow up email to Erica on 5/22. About 10 minutes later I received a phone call from Mario Rodriguez, the Finance Manager at Infiniti of Lynnwood. He did admit that they priced the vehicle differently than what Jason said they would, and mentioned the market changing affected their decision. I told him that I didn't expect them to do anything to fix the situation, as really the only thing that would be acceptable to me is if they wrote me a check for the difference in what they priced the Sequoia at, which I knew they wouldn't do. He asked me that if they had not sold the car in 90 days and taken a loss on it if I would be so willing to write a check for the difference. I told him that I would not be willing, but I'm also not the one who was untruthful. He then tried to me that they hadn't sold the car yet, which I also knew wasn't true. He then said that they sold it for $68k. I have know way of know if this it true or not, but given the time it spent on the lot as well as the past lies, I also find this hard to believe. Finally, I told Mario that they had lost so much credibility with me it completely negated the positive experience that I had the last time I purchased a car from them and why I was willing to drive an hour to buy another one.
The lack of integrity at Infiniti of Lynnwood doesn't appear to be isolated to a couple of individuals. My conversation with Mario leads me to believe that it is pervasive throughout the dealership. I will never purchase another vehicle from Infiniti of Lynnwood and will tell everyone I know to not shop there either.
