Went to get oil change . I pulled off and my car was leaking oil smfh . I’m really disappointed with the service department at the Greenbrier Kia dealership. While the employees I interacted with were kind, the overall communication was incredibly poor. I called multiple time the Greenbrier Kia dealership. While the employees I interacted with were kind, the overall communication was incredibly poor. I called multiple times for updates and never received a return call—not even after leaving a message for the service manager. Eventually, I found out the wrong phone number was listed on my account. However, every message I left included my correct number, and there was a second, correct number already on file. Why wasn’t that used? What’s even more frustrating is that I scheduled my recall appointment well over a month in advance. Despite that, they hadn’t ordered the necessary parts ahead of time. I had to bring my car back and ended up without it for a total of four days. When I asked about a loaner, I was told to speak with a manager—who, again, never returned my call. I was offered a rental instead, but I don’t think I should have to pay for one when the delay was due to poor planning on their end. I’m truly hoping for better service next time, especially since I don’t have another Kia dealer nearby and all of my service appointments included with my vehicle purchase must go through this location. Really hoping this experience isn’t the norm moving forward. More

I had already had issues with both locations in Hampton roads. Parts not being ordered when they said they would be. Misinformation about appointments. Service advisors standing around talking about their weekend while a line waited to be helped. The manager had already reached out when I complained before. Yesterday I came in for an oil change that the manager had said he scheduled for me and was told they didn’t have me listed for an appointment. Then I was told it was time for a tire rotation. I asked the cost and after they gave it to me I said that was fine and to go ahead. When I went to go pick up my car they said I was good to go. I said no, I need to pay for my tire rotation. They informed me they didn’t do one because my service manager hadn’t listed it on the services I wanted. So now I’ll have to take time out of my schedule AGAIN to come back. I love my car but Southern Kia really needs new management or better training of their service centers. More

Outstanding service by the Kia team I originally brought the vehicle and only for an oil change, but they reminded me that I needed an 8000 mile checkup.
