When I called in about having car problems, Jeff Boyd was the first one I talked too. He was very courteous and respectful in helping me set up an appointment to bring my car in to get serviced. Tom Bannen has been my go to place for vehicles, parts, and service for all of my adult life. I have purchased all my new automobiles there since 1987. In that time period I have extensive experience with all their departments and personel. Over the years the staple that keeps me coming back is the great attitude and service I receive from their service Dept. and especially Jeff Boyd. No matter if its a warranty issue or a simple oil change I always feel at home and being treated as a friend instead of just another customer.
