I had texted the salesperson asking if some items could be done by the dealership before I purchase it since I was paying asking price. He verbally told me that they would do everything on the list except be done by the dealership before I purchase it since I was paying asking price. He verbally told me that they would do everything on the list except the spark plugs. When the car was ready, he handed me the keys and I assumed paperwork was in the vehicle. When I got home and looked, there was no paperwork nor a couple items on the list that I could see were done, i.e. new battery & remote start. I don't know if the rest if done and it's due at 100,000 miles. More

We came in to test drive the one he had in February - checked all th specific model of a used vehicle, he notified us each time he had one available.
