*** SCAM ALLERT*** Jan 2024 Took my F350 for no start issue and after 2.5 weeks of back and forward of multiple misdiagnosis, several new parts and $2,200+ bill they wanted a $3000+ addon to bill for a p issue and after 2.5 weeks of back and forward of multiple misdiagnosis, several new parts and $2,200+ bill they wanted a $3000+ addon to bill for a power harness replacement that's when I had enough and took the truck to a local shop call Alexader's Automotive in Loveland, I didn't even make it home because within 30 minutes I got a call that they had the truck done and ready to go and the issue was a blown fuse and another missing fuse that ford did not re installed and I know because I took a picture of fuse box before dropping off to Ford and after all that diagnostic knowledge from Alexanders Automotive I took issue to for manager and asked for a refund and for them to take all parts back off truck but they refused to help or come to a resolution all they can say was "how do I know that parts that what was replaced did not help with fixing issue" and I replied " xxxx NO " even if you replaced the whole engine the truck won't start with blown fuses dumb xxx. To this date I still have not heard back from Ford, BBB or state about SCAM resolution. More

I had a truly disappointing experience at Ken Garff Ford Greeley that I feel compelled to share. After taking my vehicle in for repairs, I paid a significant amount, only to find that the work was not compl Greeley that I feel compelled to share. After taking my vehicle in for repairs, I paid a significant amount, only to find that the work was not completed satisfactorily. This left me feeling frustrated and misled. To make matters worse, I was approached by the service manager, Matt, who suggested that I alter my customer satisfaction survey results. This is not only unprofessional but also indicative of a larger issue with their commitment to genuine customer service. I attempted to reach the General Manager multiple times, but my calls went unanswered, which only added to my frustration. The lack of communication between the sales and service departments is appalling. I felt like a mere number rather than a valued customer, especially after my purchase was finalized. Ray, who assisted me, displayed poor customer service and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, my experience at Ken Garff Ford Greeley has left me feeling disregarded and undervalued. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service and support. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. More

I bought my car in January from Ken Garff and had great assistance in the Sales and Finance dept! If you need a “Quick Lane” or diagnostic, DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I scheduled an appointment for assistance in the Sales and Finance dept! If you need a “Quick Lane” or diagnostic, DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I scheduled an appointment for July 19th and told over the phone it would be estimated 1/2 to a full day to be diagnosed which was great with me. I could even leave it through Saturday. I dropped my car off that morning and was told it wouldn’t be looked at until the next Monday or Tuesday. I bought this vehicle brand new and it’s my only vehicle for work. I rescheduled for Thursday the following week so it would have more time to be looked at. Again I bring it in and is estimated to be looked at by next Tuesday or Wednesday. I had to buy a rental because they had no loaner cars. So for three days I was waiting for my car and I call on Wednesday the 31st and they haven’t been able to complete the oil change or diagnostic for the screen. I ask them to deliver it back to my house and they do that very quickly! So I rented a car for nothing with NO service done on my car. I would have appreciated a call or heads up that it wouldn’t be looked at in the estimated time, so I could make arrangements. I was able to make an appointment with Loveland Ford on Friday and it was done within 5 business hours. So overall- Ken Garff where I originally bought the car was no help at all. More

Ken Garff Ford of Greeley asked for my opinion of their terrible service and this was my response. ***** Buyer or Service Customer Beware ***** I brought in a vehicle for repair to you because I thought terrible service and this was my response. ***** Buyer or Service Customer Beware ***** I brought in a vehicle for repair to you because I thought it still had a warranty. The vehicle was slightly low on power, with occasional smoke but was running smooth as silk. I asked the service consultant to verify that and get back to me. He never did. I trusted that you would diagnose the problem properly and accurately. That wasn't done. They told me that they knew what the problem was and that it was a simple part they had to order. I asked my service consultant if he verified the warranty and he said he would get back to me. He never did even after I called and left a message in regards to this. You began repairs regardless. After those repairs two things happened, it didn't fix the problem and I found out from my service consultant that the vehicle wasn't in warranty. When he told me it was going to cost another 5k to fix the problem, I told my service consultant that I would take it to another repair shop and to get it ready for me. When I arrived to pickup the unrepaired vehicle, I paid for parts that didn't have a thing to do with what was wrong. When I got 100 yards down the road, not being able to turn around because of traffic the vehicle started smoking as if it was on fire and it was obvious it was buring oil like it was being poured into the cylinders and it began to run incredibly rough and the vehicle was a hazard and dangerous to drive. I got three miles down the road looking for a spot to turn around and bring it back then it was smoking so bad and running so rough it finally quit. I called my service consultant and he wanted me to pay to have it towed back to you and I asked to talk to the service manager which was on another call. The service manager called be back about 30 minutes later and had no interest in trying to make the situation better or did not offer in any way to help me, but only to say he was sorry. I had to have the disabled vehicle towed to another company for repairs. Your service consultant didn't call me back when I needed an update, your service manager wasn't at all concerned about my situation and was covering for his departments poor service and attention to my problem. I will make sure everyone knows about how Ken Garff Ford of Greeley, CO treats their service customers by posting this review in every platform I have available to me and will request anyone that has had bad interactions with your service department to share this nightmare. I have been in business for myself for almost 42 years and have never treated my customers with such disrespect and lack of concern. No business that does will stay in business as long as my company has because customers like me will make sure that the general public knows of your terrible service and more importantly your lack of concern to make sure you exceed the customers expectations. Too bad for Greeley and Northern Colorado. Just another xxxxxxx company more interested in money than making their customers happy. You have made a mistake in your choice to provide such terrible service to me. I have seen other customers or other potential customers reviews posted since my terrible experience with Ken Garff Ford of Greeley and it's obvious that I am not the only disappointed customer you have made lately. This type of service to the general public is a sign of desperation in trying to stay afloat. Seems to me if times were tough you would do everything to save the business afloat and not sink the Titanic. I can assure you one thing, I will be at the garage sale when you have it. Buyer or service customer beware! Ken Garff Ford of Greely is one to watch our for. More

I took my F-150 to their service dept. for warranty work on my master cylinder and an oil change. They stated my oil pan gasket needed to be rebuilt and they said they switched out my mast for warranty work on my master cylinder and an oil change. They stated my oil pan gasket needed to be rebuilt and they said they switched out my master cylinder. I took my truck into Valvoline and they noticed my oil pan plug was stripped out and that’s why I had a huge leak. Also I’ve been having problems with my breaks ever since they worked on my master cylinder. My mom took her Escape to the same service dept. for an oil change and they tried to charge her over $800 for one missing screw on her master cylinder. This place is a scam and they have no idea what they are doing. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. More

We bought our 2018 Ford Explorer from this dealership. Everything went good with the sale but we brought our vehicle back a day later due to tire issues. We were told there was a recall on the tires and w Everything went good with the sale but we brought our vehicle back a day later due to tire issues. We were told there was a recall on the tires and we would have to wear them down to get them replaced. So for over a year we were lied to about the tires which were clearly not new tires even though our vehicle was fairly new. We just recently found out there was no recall and our tires were still under the manufacturer warranty which this dealership chose to ignore till the warranty was almost up. Then to fix their mistakes they tried to offer us new tires for a $600 charge which they state was a discount. When I look up the brand of tires I find out the tires can be replaced at Big O cheaper than what they are trying to charge me. The maintainance on our vehicle has been a night mate everytime they service our vehicle they leave things off or loose. We gave them numerous chances to fix issues and to make things right but they have not. If you want honest service and warranty work/replacement you wont get it here. More

Poor service Left message after problem and still haven't heard back. I had my truck in for 60000 mile service and they put other vehicles in front of it since I left it there for a few hours. When I returned I was told they just forgot about the truck because they were busy and put others in front of it. No apology and didn't seem to care about the mistake. I will never return for anything & will be using Loveland Ford from here on. Mr. Ervin, I reviewed you also since I left two messages with your dealership to have you contact me over the past month & several more with the service department. This could have been handled the day I was at the dealership but not one person stepped up and took responsibility for what happened or tried to make it right. I have heard customers waiting for there vehicle at the store say the same thing "1-3 hour non quick lane". Look on line and many customers seem to have the same problem with service. It is good that your business is busy and that customer service is not the most important thing with your business because you have more customers waiting. I will not be returning and have taken my business to Loveland. More

We took our Ford F250 for service and repair. We were given a diagnosis of 6 complete injectors failing at 1 time. We paid to fix and 3 days later the truck died and wouldn't start. We towed back to serv given a diagnosis of 6 complete injectors failing at 1 time. We paid to fix and 3 days later the truck died and wouldn't start. We towed back to service and was told high pressure oil pump $4000 more. Took to another dealer and was told after diagnoses that wasnt the problem and that they should have been able to figure that out. We also told them about the injectors and was told that was highly unlikely that they failed all at one-time. I would not recommend this service dept to anyone. They do not diagnose the vehicle, They do not run tests before working on your vehicle. Don't be a fool like us and waste $6000 on a vehicle that is now just a giant paper weight! IF I COULD GIVE ZEROS ALL AROUND I WOULD!! More
