I purchased a used Suburban from Woodhouse and although they were great to work with their inspection process isn’t very thorough or transparent. After receiving the vehicle I needed to have the vehicle inspected in order to buy an extended warranty. Four obvious issues were identified that should have been resolved by even a simple inspection. The air ride suspension bags were not holding air, oil cooling lines were leaking (visible stains), sway bar link bushings were missing, and check engine light showed oil pressure error codes (replaced oil pressure sensor and codes continued. Technician replaced oil and filter and discovered even though the computer had been reset the oil was dark and filthy and had not been changed). In total I spent nearly $2k making these repairs. I reached out to Woodhouse informing them of the situation and asked if they would be willing to pay half of the repairs to show good business. Unfortunately they gave me the runaround and have now stopped responding to me. In the end, I’m happy with the car and would still work with the dealer to rectify if they would be willing More
