This was during the Covid-19 crisis so I had to do everything on-line and by phone. I give the same specs to each dealership and Ciocca beat the others ones from a low of $800 to high of $2500 difference for the same make and model. I negotiated the O.D.P, includes sales tax, document fees, taxes, etc. When I went to the dealer to test drive, they did not try to renegotiate, as many dealers do, and stuck to their original price.Completed transaction online and later that same day drove my new car home. It is hard to find a dealership that doesn't play games with price, however this is one! More

Shout out to Dusan Thomas at Ciocca Subaru I went into the Ciocca Dealership having already made up my mind to buy a Honda CRV to replace the Outback I bought 8 years ago. Subarus are obviously fantastic cars, but I had a Honda loyalty previous to purchasing the Outback, and went with Outback at the time because CRV was still a rather small SUV and I was looking to replace my ancient Honda Odyssey. Anyway, since a friend has the new remodeled CRV with all the extra space, I thought now was my time to go back to Honda despite being very happy with the performance of my 2012 Outback. BUT, I always do a lot of research and make sure I have looked at everything before a final decision on a car. I am so glad I did! The sales specialist who greeted me at the dealership was Dusan Thomas. He was outstanding! I definitely put him through his paces. I explained that I was really just there to confirm my choice of Honda CRV but wanted to see the new Outback. The Ascent commercials had also drawn my attention and I was curious about that car as well. He asked if I had ever considered Forester and I said no because I thought it would be too small. We discussed that Forester and Outback are bigger or smaller in different dimensions depending on what's important to you. So I agreed to check out all three vehicles. Dusan was incredibly patient and thorough in educating me about the three cars and bringing all three out to the parking lot for me to see. We spent an hour out in the rain crawling in and out of all three vehicles. He even brought me a tape measure so I could satisfy myself about the cargo spaces. He was just an exemplary sales associate. And guess what? I bought a Forester! I test drove the Forester with Dusan, went back to Honda to test drive the CRV a second time, and then back to Ciocca to test drive the Forester with Dusan one last time. That sealed the deal. I LOVE MY FORESTER!! My husband went back and bought the car without me so I can't speak to his experience.....but since I got the car at Ciocca I think he was happy! Customer service in the sales and service departments has always been excellent and I highly recommend Ciocca Subaru. More

We purchased our new car in January 2020. We had just started our car search and were so pleasantly surprised to find a car we love - the Subaru Ascent - as well as a team that made the process as pleasa started our car search and were so pleasantly surprised to find a car we love - the Subaru Ascent - as well as a team that made the process as pleasant and speedy as possible! Our salesman Jim Schindler took his time to carefully explain all the new features of our new car and helped us customize a few things before we left the lot! Great price, great service package, and an all around very positive experience. Ciocca was our first and last stop for this vehicle purchase and I know we made the right decision. Additionally, the day after we bought the car, we got a flat tire and were able to drive it back to the dealership where they replaced the tire (free of charge!) in less than an hour. It was especially impressive because their service department had a full schedule and I didn’t have an appointment! Great service! More

This was my first buying experience with the Ciocca dealership. From the time I first contacted them on the internet (Tom) to my drive away with my new Outback the experience was Terrific! The sales (J dealership. From the time I first contacted them on the internet (Tom) to my drive away with my new Outback the experience was Terrific! The sales (Jeff), finance (Mo) and customer service (Jenna) staff were not only courteous but honest as well. There was no undo pressure placed on me to purchase a vehicle and a genuine effort to meet my needs and answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the “ deal “ we negotiated and the speed in completing all the paper work. This was my fourth Outback purchase and my best buying experience ever, I look forward to using the Ciocca service center in the future and can’t wait for Ciocca to open a facility in the Lower Bucks County Pa. area. We, um, bonded (eye roll) The "buyer assist" person - That's what I prefer to call Adrian, who is a terrific salesman partly because he does it in a way that makes you feel "assisted" in making a decision, rather than "sold'. Adrian's expertise about the car and focusing on the "experience" of driving the Legacy, paired with his personality that made the experience fun, are a winning combination. The dealership - as a consumer, one can feel the energy of a business, the aura when you walk through the door. Ciocca excels in positive energy ... from the physical surroundings to the attitudes of Adrian and of Ben who made closing the finances clear and smooth.... fun, painless experience. Well done! Next: we'll see how servicing goes .... this great start has created high expectations. More
