So I actually ASKED to leave this review because I am so impressed and thankful for Jennifer's transparency, communication, and effort. This was our first time ordering a vehicle online and we were very ske impressed and thankful for Jennifer's transparency, communication, and effort. This was our first time ordering a vehicle online and we were very skeptical, but Jenn put up with my questions for months - responding immediately every time - until I finally got the courage to proceed. We got paperwork via docusign within a day (only 6 or 7 signatures - that's it), they confirmed our wire of funds within a few hours, then we got confirmation that our vehicle was picked up for delivery! Cannot believe how easy this was! The vehicle is exactly what we were told it would be - plus more! We feel so blessed and would 1000% recommend both Jenn and Fishers Imports!! More

I purchased a used Mini Cooper in April. The sales person was professional during the sales process and transparent about a few minor imperfections on the body. However, I specifically aske The sales person was professional during the sales process and transparent about a few minor imperfections on the body. However, I specifically asked about the tires as I have had experience buying a used car that needed brakes, tires, etc. Things that are expensive and you do not want any surprises after you buy a car. I take responsibility for buying a car over the internet and I live out of state so I did not have an opportunity to see the car in person nor take is for a pre-sale inspection which is something I always do when I buy a used car. I received the car fine and I had already booked an appointment at a local Mini dealer for a post sale inspection and the safety/emissions inspection needed in my state for the license plates. I suspected 3 problems just based on driving the car to the service appointment - 1) there was a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle, 2) something was leaking in my driveway and 3) the AC was not cold. I told the service advisor about these 3 things. The car was not aligned which caused uneven tire wear and was the noise I was hearing - while the tires had life on the outer edge, the inner edges did not have life left. In addition, there was an issue with the tie rod caused by an improper alignment. There were issues with the oil pan and AC manifold--cracks. I am not a car expert by any means so all I can say is how interesting that simple things I noticed just from driving the car for 2 days turned out to be expensive issues. When I told the sales person that I now had almost $4000 in repairs that were for EXISTING issues pre-sale, the person said she didn't have the ability to drive a stick shift so she did not drive the car and was not aware of the noise. She also said the buyer beware kiss of death quote, "when you buy an older vehicle you get what you get". I would never assume the sales person drives every car they sell; I would assume the service people drive the car and do a full inspection and fix broken things. I approached the sales person a couple times requesting they stand by the car they sold which yes it was used and an older model BUT the issues found by the post sales inspection were very obvious issues and I should not have to pay significantly above the blue book value of the car (I paid double the car's value on 2 different auto sites) and then incur $4000 of necessary repairs to be able to get plates and drive the car. My message is simple: be very careful buying a car from this establishment - especially if you are out of state and do not have the ability to view/inspect the car and two, any business owner who sells a car with known issues should stand behind the sale and reimburse the customer for surprise expenses that they should have picked up in their own inspection; especially given the profit they made on the car in the first place. I plan to report them to the BBB, but also know it does not appear they are a member of the BBB despite others making complaints to the BBB about this dealer. I end with, this is truly a "Buyer Beware" situation. More
