Overall, I felt good about the experience with Vanessa & Johnathan. However, I didnt trust Anthiny once he threw the $3000 warranty on the price list with no prior notification. Nor did he explain what the Johnathan. However, I didnt trust Anthiny once he threw the $3000 warranty on the price list with no prior notification. Nor did he explain what the warranty covered. He admitted later, when questioned, we didn't have to take the Grote warranty, but it bothered us so much, we almost didn't buy the car. Thankfully, the bank manager who processed our loan explained the warranty her bank could offer us instead, so we purchased through her. This small act from Anthony felt very shady and could have lost Grote the sale. Because of this, I don't know if we'll purchase from Grote in the future. More
