They promptly fixed my issue with my check engine light on my 2023 Kia Niro. They also took pictures and offered me additional maintenance, but were not pushy when I denied some additional parts. I LOVE my KIA. I bought it brand new at RT Kia in Gladstone in 2012 and have had zero problems with it. Regular oil changes and brakes is IT for over 100K miles! I bought it brand new at RT Kia in Gladstone in 2012 and have had zero problems with it. Regular oil changes and brakes is IT for over 100K miles! Had to go in for a recall of some fuse or something. Great service. Jennifer Moran Lopez was friendly and professional and courteous. When things quieted down after the morning "rush" I had a chance to watch Christian interact with an elderly customer and he was so kind to her. All was great and worth driving over 35 miles to have this simple recall taken care of. KIA's are great cars. More
