Suspected my starter in my 2018 Silverado was going bad. Truck refused to start on several occasions. Was quoted a certain amount for replacing the starter. Was going to be charged a diagnostic fee for telling me the starter was fine. Went over the next day and showed the service advisor on my first turn of the key that the starter was indeed bad. Click ! Click ! Technician was called and acknowledged the starter was indeed bad. Then to top it off the final bill didn’t match the quoted amount. Stay away from this stealership !! More

I contacted Dover Chevrolet regarding a recall notice for my Silverado. They were responsive and friendly and helped me get an appointment scheduled. Took my 07 duramax in for oil Change service and fuel filter change. They also rotated my tires. My complaint is that they didn't tighten about half of the 8 plastic nuts per wheel that hold the hub cap filter change. They also rotated my tires.
