Caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am a member of Toyota PROS (for top-Toyota sales personnel) and was salesperson of the year in 2024. I have over 700 clients, about half of whom are repeat buyers or referrals from prior clients. My educational background is in social work and I earned a graduate degree in psychology. In other words, I enjoy people and advise them with complete integrity. Before joining the dealership, my husband and I laid down two criteria: (1) work for a great, reliable brand and (2) join an honest, transparent, service-oriented dealership. Jennifer was very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. I bought my truck remotely so it was important to have that level of service and quick response. Jennifer Salamanca was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. I truly appreciated that when she didn't know the answer to a question I asked, she owned it and sought to find the answer instead of m enthusiastic.
