Customer First I touched based and inquired about a vehicle price not listed. I received the up front tax and all price via email. Test drive it, bought it. A check engine came on for a few small problems but they willingly fixed it and provided a brand new rental. No pressure, excellent deal I started my search for a new Truck with True Car. I received several replies from local dealerships. Carolina Dodge sent me a list of 10 trucks wit I started my search for a new Truck with True Car. I received several replies from local dealerships. Carolina Dodge sent me a list of 10 trucks with the options that I requested and followed up with an e-mail the next day with contact information. I phoned Jennifer Westfall and set up an appointment to come look at a few trucks. Ms. Westfall introduced me to Mr. Rick White who proceeded to go over my needs,and select several trucks to look at. Mr. White was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and knew the answer to all of my questions. I selected a vehicle to price out, I told Mr. White that I wanted to know the best price that the dealership could give me on a specific truck and that I wanted to take this price as a comparison to another dealership. The Chrysler corporation representative didn't like this but complied. The price quoted was below the True Car price I had received. I left the dealership that day uncommitted and after going home and doing some more research I realized that this was most likely the best deal that I could get. I phoned Mr. White the next morning and told him that I would be in that afternoon to purchase the truck. When I arrived, my new truck was parked out in front of the dealership washed, cleaned, full of gas and ready to go. I proceeded to take a short test drive during which time Mr. White got all of the paperwork together and sent to the Finance department. After returning from the test drive Mr. White went over alot of the features in this vehicle including pairing my phone for me and showing me how things worked. Very knowledgeable and helpful, I could not have asked for better service! Mr. White phoned me the next day to see if I had any questions and to make sure that there weren't any problems. More

I HAD TO LEAVE W OUT THE EXTRA SPARE TIRE THAT I PAID FOR. AND THAT WAS REALLY INCONVIENT SINCE I AN IN KILL DEVIL HILLS NC!!!!!!!!!! More
