Unsatisfactory service. Automobile was given a AAA battery boost and delivered with service request for battery replacement and full inspection and oil change. Also verbally reinforced on delivery. No battery replacement done. No call was made to customer during service by the service technician. Customer only received a text that the car was ready. Up on arrival at the dealership, customer inquired about the service rendered. Service technician had no idea that a battery replacement should have been undertaken. No consideration was given for the inconvenience of having to wait while Battery Replacement was undertaken. Also, battery is only two years old and was previously installed by the dealership. This battery should have been at no cost to the customer. Be that as it may - it is still unforgivable that a car that needed a battery boost from a towing service - that the service department was made aware of - to start it up did not have the battery examined and replaced as requested. More

My catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Jennifer told me it was still under warranty, I had 108k on my 2015 accord. Truly an honest dealership that looks out for their customers. I may not have the best experience with my Honda accord as a car ., but the maintenance experience at Hoffman Honda made it a pleasant and manageable. I would recommend servicing your car at Hoffman Honda even to get a second opinion. Honest mechanics especially at a dealership are hard to come by and when you find one , it is like winning the lottery. More
