We decided to purchase a SUV from here as they had the best prices and had what we wanted. Unfortunately, when speaking with them about specific cars they were not well informed about the features. In addition, soon after getting the SUV home it became apparent there was a broken piece on the door handle. Upon contacting them they were not overly helpful as the salesman just wanted to place blame upon us. As of today, we still do not have a resolution. I am not sure what happened to customer service as part of the overall experience. More
