So you're offering now to show me how all the buttons work on Rav? Shouldn't you have done that when you sold it to me?? Again you're wanting me to spend money but my daughter fixed the issue! Would have preferred to have an owner's manual in my hand not online! Like y'all can't afford to get me an owner's manual LOL!

No one stole $4,000 from you. Unfortunately you had a claim opened and that claim had to be closed before the money would be refunded. It has been processed, and SENT TO THE LENDER who has secured interest in the car. Unfortunately takes a bit of time but probably check with them. They should have it any day.
