I didn't think I would have to ask for an owner manual I figured it would be in the glove box it wasn't. I asked for when I was so they couldn't supply me one so they emailed me one not good! When you trade in a vehicle with a almost a tank of gas and you get one with hardly any in it not good I was told they don't do that anymore which is a lie the dealerships can do that! My vehicle had issue starting something to do with the brake light. I tried and tried to make it work I had no owner's manual so I was googling like crazy I couldn't figure out why it was doing it. Took it to Jeremy who also tried to fix it he could not so he said oh we'll help you out but the shop is going to have to fix it. Mind you I hadn't even had the xxxx thing a month! Went to my daughter's for the weekend she fixed it. It was a simple fix that he was going to make me pay for it to get it fixed. Bad bad experience I will never go back ever and I would not recommend them!! They're just in too big of a hurry to get them vehicles out of there they want to make that money! More

Such a smooth and easy process! Jeremy was very kind and efficient. Mind you, I had gone to 7 dealerships before The Selection. The OTHER places - cars were not customer ready. Whil Jeremy was very kind and efficient. Mind you, I had gone to 7 dealerships before The Selection. The OTHER places - cars were not customer ready. While cosmetics can always be improved, having cars clean and ready for a customer says WE CARE. Because if a car at a dealership has a greasy steering wheel and trash inside, then what can you expect for the engine? EVERY CAR on their lot is pristine… I take confidence in knowing that they care about having their cars ready and top-notch for the customer - inside and out! More

They stole $4000. 00 from us! We bought a car from the selection in May. We bought the Gold package warrantee for $4000. When we got the car home we noticed some issues 00 from us! We bought a car from the selection in May. We bought the Gold package warrantee for $4000. When we got the car home we noticed some issues when turning. Took it to the dealer. There were about $4500 worth of issues, of which the warrantee company would only pay $650. So, we cancelled the warrantee. The selection hadn't paid the warrantee company yet. So, the selection said they would refund the $4000. That was in May. I have called and texted many, many times. Each time I get "Oh yeah, I'll talk to the owner" or "They're gonna send it on Tuesday" I already ate the expense of the initial repairs. I can be reasonable. This has gone from ridiculous to criminal! I am not going away until I get my $4000.00! Small claims court is my next step if I don't receive it. More
