Service employees charged me more for wipers even though they were on sale. Waited a long time before a service rep came to speak to me when I pulled in. I was just ignored. Will not be coming back. Very racist kind of behavior. It seems no one wants to do a business with non American communities. Pointing fingers so aggressively towards my wife and talking very loud. I love Westbrook Toyota but I didn’t enjoy this experience due to the back up of appointment. Usually when I go for an oil change it’s an 1hr and a half wait but when I went this time it was a 3 hr experience due to the back up of appointment. Usually when I go for an oil change it’s an 1hr and a half wait but when I went this time it was a 3 hr wait and I had to book an appointment for another time. I think they should work on how many cars they’re booking at a time so that people don’t wait 3 hr because not just me but many customers were angry and frustrated. More
