Hi, I do want to apologies for the lack of communication and explanation on the vehicle you were shopping for. The paperwork we fill out is all legal paperwork, and has to go to the banks and state in order to report the vehicle sold. If there was any variation that should have been an error and needed to be corrected. Gosh, Greg, I don’t know where to begin. I can’t remember the exact date but approximately three years ago we gave you guys a $500 deposit check towards a hybrid truck. When we changed her mind and decided that wasn’t what we wanted, no one can never find the check and we never did get it back. I canceled it through my bank so I know it was never cashed. My husband and I bought a Prius hybrid a few months ago, and we waited and waited and waited and waited for everything. Rocky seemed really rushed. As I said in my review the paperwork he gave me talked about a car that was not a Prius. We want the lease route in order to take advantage of the rebate situation, but that’s where things got really kinky and I never quite understood. What was going on with that. We paid cash and had a similar situation when we came into buy out the lease. I can’t remember that sales person‘s name, but he was pretty good and I will say the finance guy on the buyout and tried his best to get us out of there. My husband ended up buying a Toyota Tacoma from another dealership, used. The two times he has brought it to you guys for service. He has made an appointment yet been at the dealership for over 2 1/2 hours. My list goes on and on. We won’t be back.
