I don’t know how this dealership has four stars. They must have all of their employees writing reviews. From customer service to sales to financing to service this is the worst dealership I have eve They must have all of their employees writing reviews. From customer service to sales to financing to service this is the worst dealership I have ever seen. They are slow, non-responsive, and really reek of that slimy car dealer vibe That is almost stereotypical. I recommend going anywhere but this place for anything. The paperwork that Rocky handed me after we bought our car listed a different model and make of car, although he assured me that didn’t matter. They’re very fishy on their explanations of rebates and financing, and I still feel like they got the best of us in the worst way, but they’re so Sneaky that it’s hard to tell. Anyway, avoid it all costs! There are other dealerships around that welcome your business and work hard to be transparent and customer friendly. For example, Flatiron Subaru is the antithesis of this place. More

Jeremy was very helpful and attentive from the very beginning. after putting a deposit down for a new Trailhunter he stayed in touch with me throughout the process. He responded back to my texts when beginning. after putting a deposit down for a new Trailhunter he stayed in touch with me throughout the process. He responded back to my texts when i had questions and would text me with updates on the arrival times etc. The only bad experience i had was the Dealer Installed Options. I didn't want the ceramic wrap and they would not remove it. That was an additional expense i was going to use for other accessories. More
