In all of my years of buying cars, both used and new, this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Hector was my sales associate and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my new vehicl this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Hector was my sales associate and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my new vehicle and presented all of the options he thought would match my needs and check the boxes on my wish list. Once I had selected the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, we took it for a drive, and he thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made that part of the process so simple and straightforward. Once I decided to move forward with the vehicle I had chosen, I had the pleasure of working with Andy in the finance department. He took the time to present several options based on my current financial situation and thoroughly explained them so that I could make the best decision for me. I also met several other associates and managers who were both friendly and professional. At no time during this process did I feel pressured by anyone to make immediate decisions. The customer service here is none like I’ve ever experienced! I am from Alabama and bought the vehicle of my dreams.
