Service was good. The service writer was going home and told me that when all updates are finished they would contact me. I observed my truck parked in the service bay The service writer was going home and told me that when all updates are finished they would contact me. I observed my truck parked in the service bay for 45 minutes and I asked about my vehicle . I was told to wait for my service writer. So I told them he went home already. The female at the desk look up my vehicle and told me it was finished and last free service. Keys are inside vehicle. I left with only one thought. Never coming back to this dealership again. More

I had an appointment to go pick up the vehicle that I was getting. When I got there, the vehicle was still sitting in the lot and they hadn’t even prepared it for me to pick it up. I was buying this car outr getting. When I got there, the vehicle was still sitting in the lot and they hadn’t even prepared it for me to pick it up. I was buying this car outright. No lease, no finance. I was there for two hours. This process took way too long because they didn’t have anything ready to go. When I got home, I realized that there were no floor mats in the car at all. The next day I called back and was told someone would reach out to me. 6 1/2 hours later, no one had called me back so I called again. I was then told by that person that they would jump on the situation and reach back out to me. Two days later and I haven’t heard from anyone. More

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a semi-used Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership. Since the day of purchase, the vehicle has consistently experienced issues. Most notably, I recently discovere Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership. Since the day of purchase, the vehicle has consistently experienced issues. Most notably, I recently discovered it was sold to me with existing oil leaks. I brought the vehicle in for service after being informed that it came with an extended warranty, and I was assured that both the diagnostic and necessary repairs would likely be covered. However, I was later told that the vehicle is leaking oil from the oil filter and the front main seal — both serious issues that were likely present at the time of sale. To make matters worse, I was informed that the extended warranty does not apply because the vehicle is still under its basic manufacturer warranty. This means I am now being charged for a diagnostic that should have either been covered or avoided altogether had I been correctly advised to take the vehicle to a manufacturer-authorized service center in the first place. We purchased this vehicle in good faith, trusting that it had been properly inspected and was in good condition. Instead, we’ve been met with ongoing problems, misleading guidance, and unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses that could have been prevented with accurate information from your team. I am extremely frustrated with how this has been handled and would not recommended this dealership. More
