The manager was very rude and also took back the loaner when I needed it most I am on dialysis and on limited funds do to not being able to work because of the dialysis treatment 3 days a week while waitin when I needed it most I am on dialysis and on limited funds do to not being able to work because of the dialysis treatment 3 days a week while waiting for a kidney transplant I only needed the loaner for another 4 days while they still had been working on my car ,that's the 2 issues I had the attitude from the manager I could live without I have enough dealing with kidney failure. I dropped off my vehicle for a recall at noon and went to do some shopping. Called for an update around 2:30 to see if it was going to be a while still and if I should go home since I live 20 minutes away or do some shopping. I was told he would check and call me back in a few minutes. I never recivers a phone call back. I showed up at the dealer again around 4 and asked in person and they pulled the car out a few minutes later. My biggest complaint is certainly not getting a phone call back but the counter personal seemed somewhat unprofessional and disinterested in general. More

Jerrod told me about service that was due, so I had it done. I am glad that I did. The brake pedal feels like new, the transmission shifts like new, and the alignment makes it steer straight.
