Sold me a truck stating it was a flex fuel truck and it really wasnt . Had me putting wrong gas and then going to service to try to fix when all along it was the gas. We lived our salesperson Carla. The rest of the experience was terrible. We had an appointment scheduled two days prior to pick up our nene truck yet the idiot finance guy Matt mad The rest of the experience was terrible. We had an appointment scheduled two days prior to pick up our nene truck yet the idiot finance guy Matt made us wait for over an hour! He was a condescending jerk. He didn’t know the products and was only interested in upselling. We have bought far too many vehicles from Gjovik’s the past 30 years and I have never felt this pissed. He didn’t know his product and was stating he wanted to get a side gig as a mortgage broker—-yet he’s not intelligent enough to do the job he has! I asked him for our Owners Manual. He said it was in the truck. There was no owners manual in the truck so we asked Carla. She is looking into it but it’s been over a week and still I owners manual! Seriously? How cheap! And Gerri in Setvice is terrible! We took our Corvette to him for new tires and he damaged our rims! He tried to cover it up by spreading grease all over the rims and we picked it up this way. A home I had to clean the rims to find out they damaged our rims! Bout Corvette had under 7K miles in it and he ruined our rims. When my wife told him of this he did NOTHING! We should have sued him! My wife wouldn’t let me make a bigger deal of it because his daughter is friends with our niece. Big mistake. He should be fired. And Matt. They may have new owners but still the same lousy people. Except Carla. More
