Spoke with Josh in finance on the phone and was told he could get us in a car and we came in Saturday morning in a storm to see some cars. He didn't deal with us he had Jerry deal with us and he was just w could get us in a car and we came in Saturday morning in a storm to see some cars. He brought out a Kia Sorento that had stains on the seats and was a basic model and had NOTHING I wanted on the vehicle. He did even ask what we wanted on the car. So he went back to bring out a second car still not knowing everything we wanted or a payment amount we were looking for. This all took about 1 hour of our morning. I have to ask for my vehicle keys back and my license to stop the process. We left their dealership and went right next door to Darcy Hyundai dealership and had the best experience and left with a brand new SUV that had everything that I wanted! World Kia's lobby is crazy busy and loud, and you will wait forever for them to bring a car around for you to see. I would NOT recommend this dealership! More
