I'm prepared when I approach a dealership about buying a used vehicle with extensive research, etc. Glendale had a very good asking price on the 2011 Durango Citadel they had listed on AutoTrader a buying a used vehicle with extensive research, etc. Glendale had a very good asking price on the 2011 Durango Citadel they had listed on AutoTrader and they even took another $1,000.00 off before I came to the dealership because of my membership in USAA. So going in I was satisfied with the selling price so it was just placing a value on my Trade and securing financing on my deal. I met with Jerry Kasten, who was very professional and personable, and after taking a few minuites to discuss the value of my trade we reached an agreed net price on the deal. I then moved over to Larry Stribin, Finance Manager, to secure financing. Larry was very professional and personable through our financing discussions and within a few minutes he had secured financing on the deal which I was very happy with. Also, the Service Area also assisted by installing Side Steps on the Citadel and they also where fantastic and very professional in my dealings with them. I would, without reservation, recommend Glendale Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, especially Jerry Kasten and Larry Stribin, to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Chrysler Product. By the Way, I love my new (used) Citadel!! More

I had never been in an accident before, so it was something that really shook me up. What made it worse was that I was at school at the time of the accident. I had just purchased my car a few months earlier to drive to and from school. I bought my car from Jerry Kasten because he had sold cars to my other family members and we liked doing business with him. After my accident my mother informed him of it and that I would be needing a new car. The first thing he asked her had nothing to do with what kind of car I wanted, but whether or not I was alright. I don't think he realizes how much I appreciated that and his help in getting a new car. How instead of rushing me into the dealership for a new car, he sent me an e-mail informing me that he had spoken with my mother and when I was ready he'd help me find a good replacement. With his help I had no problem getting the perfect replacement in time to head back to school in January. I now drive an all wheel drive 2013 Dodge Charger, and I couldn't be happier with my car or my experience with Glendale Chrysler. I definitely would recommend it to others. More

Jerry was not a high pressure sales person. I visited the dealership, left and came back without feeling intimidated. Jerry went out of his way to try to find me the car I wanted and when we couldn't fi the dealership, left and came back without feeling intimidated. Jerry went out of his way to try to find me the car I wanted and when we couldn't find what I wanted on a lot - he was more than happy to odrer me what I wanted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. The price was good and I love the car. More
