Went out of their way to insure I had a good customer experience. Did not like the first car I purchased that day....I thought I did but after driving it for a bit I did not care for it at all; called J experience. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car. My wife and I went to Novak the day after we tried a Jeep dealer. They kept coming up with monthly payments way above our budget and had little in the way of available stock. We left without making a deal and felt like we wasted our time. I went online to Novak’s website and checked out some models. I also scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jerry our sales guy was so nice. He was very patient with my wife and I (we looked a a few cars), and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We told him what we were looking for (a Jeep), what options we needed, and our monthly budget. The selection was big, located in a beautiful indoor showroom. My wife found an amazing deal on a Jeep with extremely low mileage and in great shape! Since we made a deal on Saturday, we could not pick up the car until Monday. When I came in, it was right up front with a huge bow! Also wanted to mention the financial end of the sale. Gabe was extremely nice and took the time to explain our options and worked with me on getting the monthly payments we wanted. He also worked with me on purchasing an extended warranty. When it is time for my daughter to get a car, I will definitely be going with her back to Novak! I highly recommend Novak Motors to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle! More
