I have to share what an incredible experience I had with this Subaru dealership. From the very first phone call, I told them exactly what I was looking for. They called me right back, clearly explained what they could do, and were transparent from the start. That alone stood out. When I came into the dealership, the experience only got better. It took me a little while to get out of my previous lease, and we even had snowstorms in the middle of everything. Not once did I feel pressured. Instead, they were patient, understanding, and would simply check in to make sure I was okay. That level of kindness meant more than they probably realize. The day I picked up my new car, everything went seamlessly. I had my insurance lined up, paperwork was smooth, and the entire process felt organized and thoughtful. No chaos. No stress. Just professionalism and genuine care. I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for the kindness, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend. More

Most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Found the vehicle we wanted online, got a price quote through email, and received a very fair trade-in offer for our car when I arrived.
