It was a pleasure working with Kenny Marke in purchasing our 2024 Chevy Trax. He explained all the features of the car and answered all of our questions regarding the function of each button on the dashboar our 2024 Chevy Trax. He explained all the features of the car and answered all of our questions regarding the function of each button on the dashboard. He was patient and listened to all of our concerns. It was a long process and he made sure we were comfortable and offered coffee/water on several occasions. He was very personable and I felt he fully understood our needs. My only complaint was with Jesse Holovacko, General Sales Manager. During the negotiations, he refused to provide a detailed printout/summary of all the fees, taxes, etc. that were included in determining his "out-the-door" price. Expected and would have liked more transparency from him. More
