Despite this, the dealership irresponsibly registered it under a **personal license plate**, rendering the vehicle unusable for my business. This error alone demonstrates a blatant disregard for clear customer instructions. 2. **Empty Promises & Financial Burden**: After multiple visits to resolve the issue, your staff assured me that the dealership would **cover my monthly payments** until the commercial plate was processed. To date, **not a single payment has been made**, and I have been forced to bear the financial burden of a vehicle I cannot legally use for its intended purpose.
