typically service is great, had fuel pump replace due to Honda recall a month later car wouldn't start had to have it towed. The fuel pump wasn't put in exactly right. they fixed this at no charge. Unfortunately the person doing the work put deep scratches in the door panel and scratched down through the paint to metal. Mills is taking care of this for me. More

Overall, I have not had a good experience with this dealership. Connor tried to be as helpful as possible under the circumstances, and I appreciate him, but I had to travel to St. Cloud to get recall dealership. Connor tried to be as helpful as possible under the circumstances, and I appreciate him, but I had to travel to St. Cloud to get recall work done because this dealership did not have the certified technician to complete the work. I was encouraged to get the Zurich Shield product by my salesperson because I have a dog and was told that it would cover scratches or punctures of the upholstery he might cause; However, when I contacted Zurich, they told me any damage caused by dogs is not covered. More

Arrived a bit early for scheduled service, Jim and Jessica both were friendly and fast.
