Very disappointed! Last June I had some work needing to be done on a truck. After receiving the quote we approved everything except the one item, which was fixing a seat Last June I had some work needing to be done on a truck. After receiving the quote we approved everything except the one item, which was fixing a seat massager for $200, because we decided it wasn’t necessary at the time. When I picked the truck up the first thing I noticed on the way home is that the seat massager had been fixed. I looked at the invoice and saw I had been charged for it so I called in and told them what happened. I was told they would check into it and get back to me, nothing happened. A week or 2 later I called back and was told they don’t think I was charged for it but they would check into it again. I have made at least 8-10 phone calls about this matter and was told repeatedly that I would hear back from them and then nothing. I finally talked to one of the owners just over 2 weeks ago, he was very nice and I was promised compensation but again have seen nothing. I called and talked to the receptionist this morning and she said she would check into what happened and get right back to me and again I heard nothing back! I’m beyond frustrated!!!! More

Repairs to Ford 500/Purchase of Focus Took my Ford 500 in for repairs, wonderful car, 225,000 miles on her, last car purchased with my father. Barry drove the vehicle and after just having vehicle in and repaired successfully, it needed a different repair and was unsafe to drive per the service department. I work 911 and I didn't want to be a call for help, so they set me up for consultation with sales, Steve Kiser whom I'd worked with the purchase of last vehicle with dad. Steve did a lot of research to help me get the best deal for me, rebates for not only the vehicle but for my 911 position as well. Transaction went quickly and smoothly, financing set up and even my plate and title work handled; which due to my schedule I appreciate greatly. I was treated with dignity and respect, they understood how much I loved my car but had to let her go; even lent a car to me while processing the transaction so I could still make it to 911. Followed up with me to make sure all was well. Can't say enough about my former classmate John III and his caring and wonderfully helpful staff-Cody in service even after helped with keyless lock-so grateful and blessed.
