My experience with the salesman Jesus was very disappointing. He was unprofessional and refused to honor the agreed-upon out-the-door price unless we financed through the dealership. When we said we wanted to use our own pre-approved financing, he said the price would increase by $2,000. Even though we were still willing to buy the car without the college rebate or their financing, he wouldn’t let us use our own loan. Jesus could have informed us before I he ran our credit * that if we didn't use their financing we would have pay more for the car.* His demeanor and body language were dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I was willing to negotiate. Thankfully, we went to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, where the process was simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish. They honored our pre-approved financing and made the car-buying experience easy and stress-free More

We came to Gettel Stadium Toyota on a referral and Erik Slaughter was the Sales Rep who took care of us. We are new to town and as such, starting from scratch with literally everything and everyone. From the second we walked in the door to when he placed the Keys to my new SUV in my hand, we were treated like family. Erik was polite and personable, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the info we needed to make the right decisions. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being 'sold', just honest communication which I appreciate so much especially when making a huge purchase such as this. We ended up purchasing not one but TWO vehicles from him! Everyone we encountered while at Gettel Toyota was amazing--Indira went to work to get our financing approved seeing that we are Canadian, and she didn't stop until she came through for us-she is funny and so personable and really does her job well. Jesus the finance whiz went over all our financing paperwork and extended insurance packages with ease and made the paperwork smooth and efficient. He even gave us a recommendation where to go for a bite to eat afterwards in the area! Roy the General Manager even took time to chat and get to know us. For such a busy Dealership, I feel that it is run very well. As a customer, I was acknowledged in some way shape or form from almost every employee I encountered even if they weren't working directly with us. This speaks to the cultivated culture of this place...I noticed! If you are in the market for a vehicle, look no further than Gettel Stadium Toyota and ask for Erik Slaughter for the 'Ritz Carleton Experience' LOL. All they need now is a real red carpet :o) More
