Stay away! I did a deal by phone with Daytona Mazda. They gave me an offer, and it was supposed to be a quick sign-off when I arrived. In the finance office, a I did a deal by phone with Daytona Mazda. They gave me an offer, and it was supposed to be a quick sign-off when I arrived. In the finance office, a person—possibly named Dragon—told me everything was ready and just to sign. But when I began signing, all the numbers were altered. Without my consent, he added a charge for extended warranty and paint protection. When I realized, I told him this wasn’t correct. He said he thought I wanted it, but I told him he should have asked first. He then said he would remove it, but after four printouts, I still found hidden charges—$189.99 for dents and scratches—hoping I wouldn’t notice. I also asked the salesman to remove the Daytona Mazda sticker from the bumper, and when they did, two scratches were exposed, clearly covered by the sticker. I asked the salesperson to check with the manager, and the manager said he wouldn't do anything because he lost too much on my car sale. This is not good customer service. More
