Good service by the dealership. Dan Blaise was most helpful explaining how to operate the vehicle and information screen use. Believe or not, I'm from California and yes, I purchased a car from Autostar in Colorado. The car I wanted, with the package and 2nd row bench seat I wanted, did not exist in California, so I looked at the a car from Autostar in Colorado. The car I wanted, with the package and 2nd row bench seat I wanted, did not exist in California, so I looked at the next best location. I contacted 3 dealerships, 2 in CO and 1 in TX. Autostar immediately stuck out by being very accomodating and not at all put off by the fact that I was not local. They even offered to assess and quote my potential trade in (spoiler alert, I traded it in to them). I worked with JD (Jhaden) in sales and received multiple videos/pics of the car I had my eye on. Receiving a very competitive offer on my trade in, along with the support from Autostar is what closed the deal. I worked with Ian (with assistance from David) in finance to get numbers and paperwork situated. We started the process on a Friday and by Monday my new car was being loaded onto transport. My new vehicle arrived in my driveway on Wendesday and my former vehicle was taken back on that same transport within 15 minutes. Ian/David were wonderful in working with me virtually and were readily available for all questions I had. JD was, and still has been amazing through the entire process! JD and I even had a zoom call once I was ready so that he could explain a lot of my new car's features to me. Customer service for Autostar CDJR of Silverthorne was TOP NOTCH and I would absolutely consider buying a car from them again, regardless of the distance! A+ guys, thanks so much!!! More
