Unbelievably horrible service, a total of 8 phone calls placed over a 3 day period and not a single employee was able to answer nor return my phone call. Dropped my vehicle off for service 3 weeks ago and placed over a 3 day period and not a single employee was able to answer nor return my phone call. Dropped my vehicle off for service 3 weeks ago and I have not had a single update. No one would provide any information or updates. When you call their number they wont transfer you to anyone that can help. Stay away from this place like the plague. More

It was a pleasure to deal with Tomy at Acura Highland Park.. they did not push any unnecessary services on my car, and they were very professional and efficient . I’d advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. They hold 0 integrity and are all about then dollar. My cars been serviced 4x in 4 months of owning with less than 2k miles put on it.
