With a career in the automotive service industry spanning more than four decades, I began in 1981 as a Customer Service Manager at an AAMCO Transmission Center and later became its co-owner, overseeing all operations. After launching a successful Snap-On Tool franchise, I was recruited by AAMCO corporate to serve as an Improvement Team Manager, turning around underperforming centers nationwide, and later as Southern Regional Operations Manager, training teams in technical, operational, and financial performance. Since returning home in 2018, I’ve continued my work in service management with a dedication to delivering the best possible customer experience.
