I would like to express my thanks to the wonderful staff at Asheville Chevrolet! I have had experiences with many dealerships, and have always valued the transparent and honest approach. I had been shopping for a very specific Colorado and was having a hard time finding it. I was frustrated at the high doc fees and addendums (add-ons) that many other dealerships were charging, and almost gave up my search. I just happened to return a call from Kevin, one of the sales managers at Asheville Chevrolet. Kevin listened to what I wanted, and didn’t try to talk me into settling for something else. He was very informative, genuine, and transparent. It is a family owned dealership and they value the relationships they establish with their customers. I was so impressed with Kevin on the phone, that I decided to make a trip down to the dealership. That is when I met salesman Zack, who was also very personable and helpful. Kevin was able to find the truck I wanted at a dealer in West Virginia, Executive Manager Bobby R. stepped in and made a call to make it happen. We worked out a great deal and they sent one of their staff to pick up the Colorado. This happened on Saturday and by Tuesday at lunch, I had the EXACT model I had been searching for, with the deal we had discussed. No hidden charges or markups, and they secured all of the incentives that I qualified for. They take pride in their business and are genuinely friendly and professional. I will definitely return to Asheville Chevrolet for future business and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Asheville Chevrolet! Larry called and talked to a sales manager and he was promised a call back by a salesman. He got a real quick response background John. He told John what truck he looking for and John was super nice and promised a call back by a salesman. He got a real quick response background John. The color and a diesel engine Larry wanted. It was absolutely amazing how this all came together so quickly. We love our new truck and John was just so nice and helpful. Give him a 10. More
