My experience at Rodman Ford was beyond exceptional. I first visited out of the blue and Jim was more than happy to take me on a test drive despite not even having an appointment. Jim Laferriere greeted us at the door and four hours later, we had bought two cars. A new one with trade in for my husband and a used one for me to replace one that had been totaled in an accident. Throughout the long hot day, Jim did all he could to get us to our finish line. We are very happy with the negotiations. Fair, clear and pressure- free. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and more than accomodating. The great experience continued as Rodman's staff worked to get both cars registered with new plates through the RMV and there were NO mistakes. Jim communicated with us about the paperwork they needed from our insurance company so we could pick the cars up on time.
