Jim in service was great! He communicated well. And I thought that there was a problem with my height adjustment handle after service that I didn’t notice before the service. He communicated well. And I thought that there was a problem with my height adjustment handle after service that I didn’t notice before the service. He immediately got someone involved and pulled my Jeep in. Turns out there was a screw loose. Instead of simply sending me on my way, they found a star screwdriver and tightened it for me. Your team went above and beyond! Jim should be commended for his thoughtfulness! More

Easy quick oil change and simple process. Waiting room was nice, but knowhere to plug in a laptop and work while waiting. Communication problems: on day 1, serviceman calls at 12:30pm stating that the vehicle is done, but wait on a call from the advisor. Same day 1, text sent by me to the advisor stating that I will wait fo 12:30pm stating that the vehicle is done, but wait on a call from the advisor. Same day 1, text sent by me to the advisor stating that I will wait for notice from him before coming to pick up my vehicle. Automated text reply stating… “We would be happy to provide you with a status on your vehicle. Your Service Advisor will be reaching out shortly.” No reply from the advisor on day 1 that I can pick up my vehicle. Day 2: 12:30pm, still no reply from my advisor, so I call the dealership 24 hours after the serviceman told me the work is done. The advisor says, “Yes, it is ready for pickup.” No idea for the 24 hour delay. A challenging communication issue to deal with. More
