Went into Acura in Berlin to turn in my lease and upgrade to a new vehicle. Off the bat Jim was very nice, he listened to my needs, made great recommendations and had a no xx approach, which I appreciated! B to a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful from the online consultant I worked with prior to arriving to the finance person I finalized my paperwork with. I came in to look at a 2024 Mazda CX5 and online consultant I worked with prior to arriving to the finance person I finalized my paperwork with. I came in to look at a 2024 Mazda CX5 and upon seeing it didn’t want to move forward. Jim was able to pivot and show my husband and I the new Acura ADX which we both really liked. He allowed us time to process the information as we initially hadn’t considered an Acura at all. He walked us through the features as well as both the finance and lease options. Jim is excellent at his job as I’m typically the type of person that needs more time to process all my options but he made me confident in this purchase and we ended up buying that day. More
