Lou Sobh Honda has an exceptional team. Ted was so amazing in helping us find the perfect CRV for us. He didn't rush or push us to make a decision. He truly listened. I would recommend Ted was so amazing in helping us find the perfect CRV for us. He didn't rush or push us to make a decision. He truly listened. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda!! James also did a great job. He helped us pick out the best financing and extended warranty. However, there was one exception to our experience. That was Jim. I'm not sure what his position is with the dealership, but I think he needs to work on his people skills. I felt like he was talking down to us and maybe even thought we were ignorant. I'll just say a contract is not a contract until it's signed. Although the service department was not directly involved in our purchase, I'd like to say that Heather is top notch!! More
