Salesman Jim was great and easy to work with. Got what I wanted with no issues. The finance was a terrible experience. I very politely declined multiple times of purchasing third party warrantie Got what I wanted with no issues. The finance was a terrible experience. I very politely declined multiple times of purchasing third party warranties. They used scare tactics and fear of repairs bills to try and convince me. Took them awhile to realize I want not going to buy one no matter what they said. They then insulated me saying “ This is a dumb and stupid choice” was very rude and tone changed filling out the rest of the paperwork. Nice dealership salesman was great would never buy a vehicle again unless tactics and personal changes. More
