I’m a Chardon native through and through—I grew up here, built my career here, and now raise my family here. I’ve been part of the Junction Auto team since 1995, and after 30 years moving through roles in sales, commercial sales, management, and everything in between, I’m proud to serve as General Sales Manager. Junction Auto has been family-owned and operated since 1931, and that family spirit is what keeps me excited to come to work every day. I’m married with four amazing daughters, and that sense of community and connection is a big part of why I love what I do. What drives me most is the people. I’m passionate about creating a great experience—getting to know customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle, and turning what could be just a car deal into a long-term relationship. For me, it’s all about the friendships that come from this business.

I can’t thank Junction enough for how they took care of me throughout my first time leasing a new vehicle. Bill Dyer, my salesman was the nicest, most helpful! He personally ensured we had all our questions answered and were kept updating during the process of custom ordering my wrangler. The day I picked it up, John in finance did wonders getting me the best deal and payment possible. When something electrical was wrong with the wrangler I brought it back and the technicians were so kind to take a look right before they went home for the day. They even kept apologizing (no need!!!) Thank you all for taking great care of me and thank you Bill!! More
